default
Posted on Wed, 12 Oct 2016
Question: I have Sacralisation of L5 and S1, intense lower back pain, constantly. Have tried a couple of physio therapy sessions before but the problem is as long as I do those exercises told by physio therapist, my back is ok, but as soon as I stop doing exercises, back pain comes all over again with stiffness. Due to constant back pain, m not able to do other exercises and hence putting on a lot of weight. I need a permanent solution for this so that I can workout and loose weight.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.

Sacralisation is congenital condition. It can be treated by physiotherapy, anti inflammatory drugs and surgical correction.

Very few orthopedicians get do surgical correction for sacralisation, But Neuro surgeons can do it efficiently.

Check Vit D levels first.
Take physiotherapy regularly.

Have you showed it to any neuro surgeon?

get back if any query.
