Question: For the past 6 weeks I have been in treatment for sciatic nerve pain on my right side . Brief Answer:
Please do a temperature charting with Thermometer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

Fever with such a defined periodicity is very unusual in typical practice.I suggest you to formally document the fever. Please do a temperature charting with thermometer.
If fever is documented, please get the following investigations done-
1)Complete hemogram with peripheral smear
Some infections may result in periodic fevers.Further, some of the rare syndromes are cause of periodic fever.
Look out for your temperature record for a day and get back to me in follow-up.

I feel fine during the day , but starting around 2pm here is my temp chart 1pm 97.8 , 2:10 pm my eyes begin to feel like a fever is coming on & my general feeling is not good temp is 98.1 , 2:25 pm 97.5 feeling achy , 2:45pm 97.2 , 3:15 pm 96.4 , 3:40 pm 97.2 , 4:02 97.2 . Now I feel warm to the touch & my general feeling is not good, I feel like going to lay down . I take 2 Tylenol ( regular type ) and within 1 hr I begin to feel better & 30 more minutes I have an appetite & ready to go . What is the test you recommended , explain. This is my second attempt to send this.

Brief Answer:
No test.You have no fever.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Though you have done a meticulous temperature charting but I am afraid to say that this temperature chart indicates no fever. There are just normal variations in temperature.
Most likely it is fatigue, that is making you feel ill.
Please have a couple of days rest with good amount of fluids and healthy diet.I am sure you'll feel better.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have no further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
