Question: I do not have thyroid. On 75mcg levothyroxine. What does it mean when TSH and free T4 low and how do they treat it?

Low T4 and TSH is an indication of central hypothyroidism. If it is due to a true cental hypothyroidism, then you should adjust levothyroxine dose to keep FT4 in the upper range of normal
