Brief Answer:
Could be gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of gastritis. Now constipation is not a very regular symptom of gastritis. Still it indicates to a possible cause of gastritis- lack of fluid intake.

I suggest that you try to take plenty of fluids. An intake of 3 to 4 litres per day should definitely help. In addition high fiber diet will be essential.

In addition proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole 20 mg daily will help till the above steps help you.

Also check sugars.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Yeah all day i just burp . I drink alot of water the weird part is i will eat alot and not bowel movement alot like it looks like a snake nice little size but it confuses me because i wonder where did all that food go with not so much stool. Sometimes i will get sharp pain behind the belly button area , and sounds like gas in my intestines all day . My large intestines to be exact . Sounds like poppin noises if you hold your bowel to long the noise your stomach makes is the noises i will hear all day. I took omeprazole for a month and it calmed down the bloating and burping. But the lack of appetite is what i didnt understand . Knowing im under severe stress anxiety and depression.

Brief Answer:
sounds like Irritable Bowel Syndrome-Constipation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your follow up query.

In view of the new information, I would certainly think of the condition called irritable bowel syndrome, IBS-C.

In view of this possibility, I suggest the following measures-
1. Continue omeprazole.
2. Take plenty if fluids.
3. Take high fiber diet.
4. Take Isapghulla husk thrice a day.
5. Take a prescription of amitryptiline 10 mg if the above steps don't help.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Best of luck.

Dr Mittal.
