Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to excessive fat deposition and low muscle tone

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Thanks for providing clinical photograph. From the photograph its quite clear that the saggy area in region of belly is due to excessive deposition of fat in the area of umbilicus and flanks. This could be due to many factors predominantly being genetic and recent gain in weight and hypotonia of abdominal muscles

I would suggest you the following

1. Regular walking and weight reduction by around 5 kg

2. Regular abdominal exercise

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you

take Care

Best Regards

Brief Answer:
Likely to be deficiency of rectus muscle

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

There appears to be deficiency of rectus abdominis muscle below the line , so giving appearance of hollowness below it.

Brief Answer:
Thorough clinical examination required

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

In my first response i had mentioned to you that the looseness of skin could be because of genetic factors. Also looseness could be due to excessive subcutaneous tissue known as cellulite. Poor muscle tone does not imply that there is major health problem. Excessive cellulite and subcutaneous tissue itself can lead to poor muscle tone.

As your belly is not very protuberant and will be covered under the clothing there does not seem to be cause for concern. Also the shallowness seen requires thorough clinical examination ,its not always possible to give the exact opinion based on clinical photographs alone. I would suggest you to consult your Physician for thorough clinical examination.

Shobha

Dear Ma'am,

Thanks a lot for your nice suggestions.

My last query is that how to get rid off the excessive cellulite and subcutaneous tissue of the belly without surgery as i don't want to go with surgery right-now?
If it is genetic then how can i get rid off the excessive cellulite and subcutaneous tissue under the belly ?
How can be muscle tone improved?? Can i improve my muscle tone if i will go with weight training ?
Any last suggestions you would like to give to me regarding my concern Ma'am.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Anti cellulite cream will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

You can get rid off of the cellulite by using various commercially available anti cellulite cream like one from VLCC. The massaging action of anti cellulite cream will also help in improving the vascularity and tone of muscle , i would also suggest you abdominal exercise for increasing the muscle tone.

Cellulite is very resistant to treatment but long term application of cream will be helpful

Shobha
