Brief Answer:
You need to treat these entities separately

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

First of all, it is sad to know what you are experiencing. We need to take all these three complaints one by one.

The threads which you are talking about can be due to tape worms or other parasitic infections. Get a stool analysis done by a lab for ova and other findings suggesting so. Complete blood picture may also ne needed. If evidence is conclusive on these labs, anti helmenthic drugs can be given which can clear it out alongwith supplements for iron and folic acid.

For smells changes, these can be due to recent respiratory tract infection. If you have used antibiotics for it recently then you can use cough suppressants and anti histamines for a better relief. If not, consider using antibiotics like augmentin or azithromycin after discussing with your GP.

Stomach discomfort can be corrected by using motility agents like domperidone or mebeverine for a smooth motility. If you experience extra gut movements or cramps sensations then anti spasmodic drugs like drotaverine can be given for temporary relief.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
