Question: For a long time ive had keratosis pilaris on my arms and i have things similar to this but now its on the side of my body. Do you think these are ingrown hairs or more keratosis pilaris?

Hi. This isn't keratosis pilaris--these are hair shaft bacterial infections and they can be treated with two weeks of oral antibiotics like Septra DS. Nothing too serious and easily treated.
