With the current picture I can observe clusters of vesicles this may be due to genital herpes or even just irritant/fungal balanitis. But the diagnosis should be done based on the examination.
So continue applying the antiseptic and consult your dermatologist once for examination in inguinal region for any lymph node and also the lesion. This does not look like syphilis or chancroid. The only STD possible is herpes. This should be ruled by direct examination.
Till diagnosis have safe sex to prevent its spreading.
