Brief Answer:
Anemia and nutritional deficit

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

With such a presentation in my clinic, I would first ruled out anemia and nutritional deficit and to confirm it she need a physical examination and a complete blood count with differential to confirm it. If confirmed she can be given iron supplements, and vitamin B 12 as injections and take a multivitamin regularly at bed time.

Hope that helps
