Question: My grandson does not want to eat. He says it feels like a bubble in his stomach. He is 18' six feet four and thin.

I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

Sometimes that feeling its because these people have a stomach gastritis. So I would recommend for him to take Omeprazole 20mg, one tablet in the morning before food.
Also if is very important that he starts eating small amounts of food and often, so he keeps the stomach with some food all the time. This will reduce the acid and so will reduce te feeling he has.

It is recommended to consider doing physical exercise for 20 min at least 4 times/week. This will boost his metabolism, will make him feel hungry and also he will gain more muscle and will not look so much thin.
