Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture .
I would say that the picture quality is not that great .
It would have been better if you could click some more better quality close up pictures of the affected areas and upload them here on this page .
From the picture ,I have two possibilities .
Either it is an allergic rash or it could even be pityriasis rosea which is a self limiting skin condition.
In either case ,it needs to be treated by application of topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected areas twice daily .
You can take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl for the associated itching.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Thanks for the picture.
Please tell if you can notice any fluid filled blisters?
Any associated fever ?
What all sites are involved?
Any lesions over proximal arms or thigh area or face ?

This will help in confirmation of the diagnosis.

Brief Answer:
Take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

The rash is most probably allergic in nature .
Just apply cortisone cream twice daily over the affected areas .
I am sure it should help .
See a nearby doctor if the rash tends to persist or increase.
