Brief Answer:
Yes,ringworm likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,welcome to HCM forum.

The picture and your symptoms are suggestive of ringworm(Tinea),a superficial fungal infection.

This can be treated with topical antifungal.
You can use 1% clotrimazole ointment twice daily (like CANDID CREAM).
Apply after cleaning and drying.
To relieve itching, I suggest you Levocetirezine 5mg at night for 5 days. Note that, this may cause some sedation-be cautious of driving etc.
The symptoms will improve within one week of treatment. But, for full cure, you have to continue treatment 3-4 weeks after disappear the rash; otherwise this will recur.

If the symptoms do not come down in 4-5 days of treatment, kindly see a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

Hope I have answered your query.
I wish you good health.
Thank you.
