This problem started as soon as I came to gulf 16 years back. In the beginning it was very mild and as years passed it became very severe. Urine stool and blood test also taken. And every thing is normal .i noticed the itching to be severe after I eat sweets. Please suggest a medicine from himalaya product or any thing which you think is good.

Brief Answer:
Urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank You for writing back. I have gone through your answers.

This allergic response is termed as Urticaria as I mentioned earlier. In this condition, allergic response occurs as a result of allergen which causes formation of itchy erythematous rashes over the body which gradually regress.

I would suggest you following things:

> Your body is allergic to sweet so for the time being avoid any such food. Although it is quite difficult but try to the best of your ability. After the medication is over. Start taking such food GRADUALLY in SMALL amount and see if improvement has occurred.
> Take cetirizine 10mg one at night for 7 days
> Take Fexofenadine 10mg one in the morning for 7 days(its non-sedative so wont cause problem but if sedation occurs then stop this one)
> Take montelukast one daily for one month. Research has shown that it decreases the allergic symptoms considerably.

I would also suggest you to under go allergy testing at allergy clinic in your area as you have chronic allergy problem. It will tell that you are allergic to what specific antigen. The results will help an allergist to prescribe you immunotherapy to that specific allergen and it will improve the problem.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it. Wishing you good health !!

Yes but later

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I'm glad you have a query and i'll be happy to assist you.

I would suggest you to wait for few days. Start with the above mentioned medication. After about 10 days go for sugar free tablets in small amount and observe for allergic response. Again i am emphasizing that take small quantity initially. If no reaction occurs then gradually you can take more in tea/coffee. Later on you can take sugar free chocolates.
I hope no reaction occurs in future but if it still occurs then you should go to allergy clinic for immunotherapy.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good & healthy life !!
