Brief Answer:
Looks like you have some food/insect bite or medication allergy

Detailed Answer:
Welcome, Dear XXXX!

I have gone through your question and I can well understand your concerns. It seems that you have got food allergy, bee sting or medication allergy. Sometimes topical creams when applied to the face also cause allergic reaction.
I usually prescribe Tablet Fexofenadine120mg twice daily with Tablet Naproxin (available OTC) twice daily, and Tablet Prednisone 10mg twice daily for 5-7days. It will resolve the issue.

If you have taken any medications recently, any history of bee sting, topical face cream application, or any new food tried, please give me a feedback on that too. I will be more than happy to reply you in detail.

Have a nice time and consult your physician for prescription of the medicines for relief of the condition.
Regards!

No new medication or sting or previous food allergy. Pharmacy says no drug interaction. Obviously environmental but no clue as to what. Has been going on for two weeks in CA now in GA and still having the problem.

Brief Answer:
Its Looks seasonal allergy. But don't worry

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX!
Welcome back. Yes, it's seasonal allergy that may start anytime in life span and needs medications to relieve the symptoms (use as I guided in a previous reply to your original question. Both are available over the counter. If no Fexofenadine at your pharmacy, you may take Claritin 10mg same as fexofenadine). The most important is to keep yourself away from allergens. Its pollen season. In GA and CA tree pollens are very high, grass pollens and flower pollens are also in abundant counts. It causes allergic symptoms especially if you have outdoor activities and gardening. Use air conditioning system and keep door and windows shut in pollens season. If you have anyone of these contacts, please avoid to get better soon:-
*Animal dander
*dust
*peanuts, wheat, eggs, soy, fish, shelfish, tree nuts
*latex (a type of rubber)
*mold
NOTE:- CHECK YOUR POLLEN COUNTS BEFORE GOING/PLANNING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.

Hope it helps you get better soon. Give a feedback to better assist you in future. If you have any queries/doubts ask me a direct question. I will be happy to help you anytime
Regards!
