Question: how can i reduce my weight,my height is 5.4 and my weight is 72 and also from past 4 months i am getting hitching in my body when reach my house immediately after removing my dress and shoes, this was happened when i change my house. It was not happened immeidately after 5 months i am getting these type of hitching, that in legs, and stomach and back side of stomach, when i try to do some scracthing and rubbing body immediately rashes will come and rashes will dsappear after 5 minutes, please give suggestion

You will also need to find the trigger in your new house. It is possible that it may be happening from bed bugs or other insects in the new house.
Your body mass index is 27.2. This comes under the category of overweight. To reduce weight you will need to take low calorie food and avoid high calorie foods. The high calorie foods to be avoided are cheese, butter, ghee, cream, icecream, sugary foods, sweats, etc. You will also need to exercise for atleast 20 min a day.
