Brief Answer:
vaginitis probably

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

antibiotics attack many kinds of bacteria inlcuding some useful bacteria that inhabit our bodies. This antibiotic probably killed a lot of bacteria in your vagina, making room for pathogens like candida which is the most likely offender. Local treatment with antifungals is usually sufficient. Sometimes pills may be required. You should consult your doctor for confirmation with clinical examination.

The antibiotic treatment has to be stopped obviously...

Kind Regards!
