Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Your ALT is 42 which is just 2 units more than the upper limit of normal. It is not significant. We can consider it significant only if it is more than 2-3 times the upper limit of normal.

As far the A/G ratio is considered, anything above 1 can be considered normal. We are worried only if the ratio is less than 1.

As far as your stool color is concerned, it can be considered normal. The irregular bowel movements can be treated by taking high fiber diet that includes lot of vegetables, greens and fruits and drinking lot of fluids.

I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
