Brief Answer:
Possibility of Hip joint arthritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query.Considering your symptoms and age group your problem can be most likely hip joint arthritis. An orthopedic examination followed by X ray of hip joint can rule out the condition. If it is arthritis and on early stages conservative treatments like NSAID group drugs.Local capsaicin application, supplements like glucosamine and corticosteroid injections locally will be helpful. If it is in late stage then prosthetic joint replacement is the best option.
Other conditions which can give symptoms like this is intervertebral disc prolapse or sciatica.A physical examination by orthopedician will give clue for that if it is that.Vitamin B12 deficiency is another condition which you can get that.Vitamin B12 level should be checked to rule out that.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
