Brief Answer:
Rule out allergy,viral infections

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the query at HealthcareMagic

Diarrhea associated with hives is usually seen in allergy, most commonly food allergy. Seafood is usually the cause for food allergies. Please look into what you have eaten recently that could possibly cause an allergic reaction. Allergy to medications and other allergens can also present with these symptoms.

Viral Infections can also present with similar symptoms.
Drink adequate fluids while having diarrhea.

Both Hydoxyzine and Benadryl are antihistamine medications. When taken together they can cause excessive sedation. I'd recommend that you discontinue Benadryl and take Hydroxyzine alone for the hives.

Discontinue Ibuprophen as it is a gastric irritant and can worsen diarrhea. Instead take Buscopan 10mg (up to 3 times daily) for abdominal cramps.

It is important to find the cause of allergy and avoid the triggering factor, and also rule out any infections

Please discuss all these with your doctor and follow up to get the necessary evaluation done under supervision.

Hope I was able to answer your question
