Question: I have intense burning on my face...red and painful. Happens intermittently. Painful...like a severe severe sunburn. Bright red cheeks, burning on forehead. Happening more often...about every three weeks to month. No change in meds or soap. Started about year to 18 months ago. Hot to touch. This time lasted about seven hours before easing somewhat.

Brief Answer:
Get done hormone levels and vitamin B 12 level.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.

I can understand your concern. I have gone through the reports you have attached.

Possibility of either hormonal imbalance or vitamin B 12 deficiency is more likely in your case.

So get done hormone levels (FSH, LH, Estrogen, Progesterone). If imbalance then you will need hormone pills accordingly.

Get done vitamin B 12 level and if Deficiency than you may need supplements.

Please let me know
1. Do you smoke?
2. Do you have diabetes or hypertension?

Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.

Wish you good health.
Thanks.
