Please follow the steps given below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for choosing wwwhealthcaremagic
inability to ejaculate may be due to many reasons-
1- Your mind wanders away from sensations of pleasure to issues provoking anxiety, This results in loss of hardness, spectatoring the performance rather than enjoying it( you keep on monitoring what is going on down there, further causing loss of erection and lowering level of arousal.) For ejaculation, there has to be linear rise in level of excitement till you reach a tipping point. If you stumble along the pathway, you miss the mark.
so the remedy would be to focus on pleasure ,rather than performance.
2- in this young age of 49, there are some changes in the way sexual organs function with time. There is delayed erection, you need prolonged sexual stimulation and the tendency to go down becomes more likely than 20 years earlier. so sometimes you may have great sex, very enjoyable but no ejaculation.
3- if you have diabetes , hypertension, low testosterone, obesity, same thing may happen.
4- sometimes enlarged prostate also causes delayed or no ejaculation.
5- many medicines like SSRI may also have the same effect.
You have to assess which factor is most likely in your case.
