Question: These are my symtoms:
Sick stomach in morning
Intense hunger pangs leaving me shaky and weak when I know I am not hungry
Intense aching pains in stomach
Coughing up white tissue at times
Coughing up white pieces of tissue

Thanks for your query.

The symptoms point toward stomach problems. We need to get an upper Gastro intestinal endoscopy. That will give the exact picture of the stomach, any erosions, ulcer, etc.

For treatment you can take proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole. That will give good relief. Should also drink cleaner water to prevent gut infections.
