Brief Answer:
Rule out hormonal imbalance..

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

Thank you for asking to healthcaremagic.

I have gone through your query carefully and understood your concern.

Your blood pressure is within acceptable range and this is not a serious concern if you don't experience any other symptoms like palpitations, chest pain, breathlessness etc. In this context, I consider hormonal imbalance (triggered by less testosterone) to be the cause of hot flashes especially at your age.

If I was your family physician I will order for endocrine evaluation such as testosterone assessment. Your local doctor or preferably endocrinologist will be able to order this test.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further questions, happy to answer you.

Regards
