Hello Mr. XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is called as cholestasis of pregnancy and is seen in around 1-4 % of pregnancies and is more common in twin pregnancy.
She needs to take care of the following points -
- avoid heavy meals and try to take small amounts at frequent intervals.
- daily fetal movement count
- visit your gynecologist every 2 weeks and ultrasound every three weeks
- injection vitamin K every 4 weeks
- increase intake of fruits and salads
- repeat liver function tests after 15 days

All the best.

Hi, I am a 43 yr old female. I have not had regular periods for 2 yrs. I have 3 children, 17. 11. 6. I had unprotected sex at the end of July. Never did I think I could be pregnant. I feel a lot of movement lately, as if I was pregnanto in my stomach, light kicks, general fetal movements, I know that feeling. I did a test 2 days ago in the afternoon and had a negative, I am not convinced however, otherwise I do not know what these movements are,as I write this, I can feel a lot of movement. I must state I am extremely tired, other than that I have no sore breasts or other symptoms.

Is there a connection; should I call my doctor? As I type this, I can feel the baby moving (I just ate lunch), but the movements aren t as strong as they normally are...

I am 33 weeks pregnant. For about the past two weeks ive been feeling contractions (could be Braxton Hicks) and for the past week ive had swollen and numb hands and fingers off and on. Also my arms will feel extremely tired; almost like my limbs are "dead". Ive been counting fetal movement and have only felt him move about three times in the past hour.
