Question: I am 30 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing non-stop fetal movement for over an hour. Is this normal?

Hello dear,

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Foetal tachycardia( increased heart rate) is due to so many causes it could be due to your anxiety problem, dehydration, active baby,hypoglycemia,any heart problems and excessive intake of caffeine.
So i would suggest you to avoid these situations and keep watch on it.
Drink a lot of water.
If persistent than consult your treating doctor for further evaluation and management.
