What Causes High Fever And Sore Throat Post Oral Sex?

dear Dr this is a follow up question...I indulged in getting rimmed with a male and oral sex with a condom ...donno if it tore ....also kissed 3 males ...u said no risk of hiv ...but now since 2 days I have a fever upto 101.5 and also headache and sore throat ...is there any risk ??? kindly help ..never had anal or oral sex...and I have never sucked a males penis without a condom ...kindly help

thanks Dr for all ur help ...also the fever comes down to 99 once I take paracetamol ...if it was hiv would the fever comes down ?
