Brief Answer:
Needs beta blockers eventually

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The BP and PULSE readings may be high due to your anxiety.
I think it would be prudent to try a short duration of anxiolytic drugs. If it remains high you will need to meet the cardiologist again for a prescription for beta blockers like metoprolol.
And don't worry about the heart attack. You can lead a perfectly normal life in time after your cardiac rehabilitation is done.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
