Brief Answer:
No need for willl

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I would like to consider the echo report before commenting correctly.
In view of the given information I think that the cardiologist would plan some intensive tests and medical treatment for him. Thereafter if valvular condition Is bad surgery may be planned but after stabilisation. no one can operate at 15%. Cardiac rehabilitation will be initiated if facilities are available.
Of course treatment will depend on the current signs and symptoms of which the query is silent.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
