Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

The cause of the headache needs to be determined. If its a worsening headache with focal neurological deficit and hypertension then brain imaging / CT Scan can be advised to rule out a subarachnoid bleed. If the CT is unremarkable then NSAIDs / acetaminophen should suffice.

For the time being ibuprofen with betahistine can be taken for symptomatic relief.
