Brief Answer: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Detailed Answer: Hi, In my opinion you have positional vertigo. You need to consult an ENT specialist and get yourself evaluated. The doctor will prescribe antivertigo drugs like cinnarizine 25 mg for 2 weeks and betahistine tablet for 2 weeks. Those will help you In the interim, avoid sudden head movements. Do not get out of the bed abruptly. You should also discuss about epleys maneuver with the doctor. It can be done at home after 5 days of starting medicines. Do not worry, giddiness will reduce. Hope I have answered your query.thanks .

Hi Dr. I had another bad experience early this morning with acute nausea making me feel like ''throwing up." Will this feeling pass without treatment? I would need a referral to a specialist. Can you provide this. In trust, XXXXXXX
