What Causes Frequent Urge To Urinate And Pain During Urination?

Question: Hello doctor. I am having this urinary problem. I am having frequent urge to urinate and the frequency of urination has gone up. While urinating, i am having pain towards the end of urination. There is no burning sensation or irritation. I had given my urine sample for urine routine and culture test and am attaching the test report for your reference. I am female, 27 year years old, height 5 ft 4" and weight 54 kgs.

Please take appropriate antibiotics as per culture report along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
