Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your query and concerns.
History of 4 abdominal surgeries, removal of half colon and rectum, many soft bowel movements, sour and burning anus and presence of black pepper like stuff on the tissue paper noted.
Could not understand : Stools just seem to stop > please explain.
Whipping (?weeping) a lot and oozing a lot > will discuss on this in details.

The problem at the anus is usually due to the following reasons:
-Intestinal infection, may be recurrent.
-The pancreatic enzymes if the the transit is fast can be present and enhance the problems
-local skin conditions: loosing the integrity so that easily getting excoriated.

The black pepper like things may be just undigested part of some food material.

I would advise you in such a condition the following:
- First of all get the stool checked for 3 consecutive days.
- List the foods and beverages that
*slows down the transit time of the feces, gives better motion
*cause increase or reduction in local problems
*food and beverages that increase the problems.

Once you make this list, follow the list strictly: only to take those things that reduce the transit time, cause less problems and anal burning.

First of all to complete a 5-day course of an antibiotic, Metronidazole.
Take a Therapeutic dose of Vitamin A and D.
Continue Multivitamins.
Probiotics daily till recovery.
Sitz bath in a plain warm water, use wet cotton balls to clean the area after passing motion.
Then XXXXXXX dry with cotton cloth or hair dryer.
Keep the area ventilated.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere as the sweating thus caused does not allow he healing and increases itching.

If these measure fail to cure you, take an opinion of a Surgical Gastroenterologist.
You may need further investigations like colonoscopy / CT scan just to rule out any internal problem causing the present symptoms.

I hope this answer helps to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.

After colonostopy removal that's when half of colon removed and rectum. Since then when I have a bowel movement they seem to stop and poop just seats there leaking and ozing. I worked as carpenter. After three years had a large dbl hernia repair with 10"x12" mesh and many suctures. Abdominal wall reconstruction. Now everything seems to be worse.

Brief Answer:
Proper clinical evaluation and tests and treatment will help.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Yes, if the hernia was repaired with such a large mesh, it is possible that the previous surgery must have definitely caused the adhesion inside the abdomen.

These may be responsible for all the problems that you have.
I would advise you to Consult a Surgeon trained well in abdominal surgery to do a clinical evaluation, examine you, go for investigations of X-ray of the standing abdomen, CT scan, Diagnostic Laparoscopy and find the reason and treat it. IT is possible that you will be better.

I hope this answer helps you.
