Question: I have a flutter in my throat it started this morning I have acld reflux and I take thyroid medicine should I be concerned?

1. It can mean a twiching (fasciculation).
2. It can mean an emotion of fright or anxiety.(Sympathatic Activation)
3. It can mean a feeling of inability to take a deep enough breath. (Dyspnea)
4. It can mean a stinging sensation (acid reflux)
Which of these four, sensations do you deem to be a "Flutter"?

Its like I need to take a good burp and I can't I can only feel it when I move around or when I'm sitting down doesnt bother me when I sleep

May I know what medicines you have been prescribed for acid reflux? A proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole or rabeprazole will work best for you.
Also syrup containing 'oxethazaine', 'aluminium hydroxide' and 'magnesium hydroxide' like mucaine gel will help you.
It needs to be taken twice a day, in the morning and night half an hour before food for 15 days. Get back to me for further doubts/ clarifications.
