What Causes Flushed Face Along With Phantosmia?
Question: Having terrible feeling of impending doom, with strange smell and very flushed face. Have had several times today. Do I need to see a doctor soon?

Yes, you definitely need to consult your Physician. Make an appointment at your earliest. Your symptoms may be due to Blood pressure issues, Thyroid problems, Deranged blood sugar etc.
Your Physician will do complete physical examination and will take the vital signs i.e blood pressure and others. He will go for complete blood work or any other diagnostic Labs if needed. Treatment goes accordingly.
In many patients intense and terrible feeling of impending dooms is due to anxiety and if your Primary care Physician will feel appropriate, he may refer you to a Psychiatrist too.
