Question: I had an infusion of Aclasta on Tuesday 1st September. Last years dose gave me Flu like symptoms for 3 days which I could cope with. This time I had the same symptoms but also have so far passed out 5 times over 3 days. This is giving me cause for concern. Should I seek medical help. XXXX

Brief Answer:
Yes, seek medical help, talk to your doctor, this is side effect of Aclasta

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM. Sorry to hear about the reaction after the medication you took. Note that the passing out (syncope) is directly related to the Aclasta as it can cause your blood pressure to become low and that is why you pass out. You need to talk to your prescribing doctor about the symptoms you are having and the dosing and ask if there is anything that can be done to remedy this. I hope this helps. Good luck.
