The upper respiratory tract communicate with the ear and thus the infections can spread from upper respiratory tract to ears and vice versa. You need to consult a physician with your reports for clinical examination and prescription of antibiotics. The blood report suggests a low hemoglobin, MCV, low MCH and raised RDW. Low MCV and MCH are seen in microcytic hypochromic anemia. These parameters along with raised RDW suggest iron deficiency anemia.
