Question: I am son is suffering from fever. he has rashes on his leg. he has small ulcer on his mouth

he is 5 year old. no loose motions and vomiting. fever is 99 from yesterday. he has rashesbon this elbows and knees. small ulcers are in whole mouth.not able to eat and drink anything.i am sending the pic also.

Thank you for query.

I saw the pics.Your son is having scarlet fever which leads to rashes over arms and legs,strawberry tongue,nausea,vomiting.
Its most common in children.
You can give syp paracetamol 5ml thrice daily.
Give him plenty of fluids.
Consult a pediatrician for antibiotic dosage as he is 5yrs old.
