I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your history is concerned as he has vomiting and fever it means he has some infection so first treat the main cause then give medications for vomiting if required.so first visit your doctor who will do a clinical exam and if he finds anything wrong then he may advise you an admission at hospital. Two things are done at hospital firstly an IV drip will be given to replace lost fluids and it is always required. Secondly they may check his stool for any bacterial infection present or not if present an antibiotic will be added in IV. For vomiting you may try mix two teaspoons of honey in one-half cup of onion juice. Consume one tablespoon of this mixture after each vomiting may help.

You can do few things at home to prevent it in the future:-

1)wash your hands utensils and food surfaces regularly

2)keep raw foods separate from ready to eat foods

3)cook foods to a safe temperature

4)refrigerate or freeze perishable foods promptly.

5)if you are not sure if food has been prepared, served or stored safely, discard it.
