What Causes Fatigue With Headache And Back Pain?

Question: I am feeling tired and not feeling to work, and I have regular head ache now a days while looking on monitors. During night time I feel back pain and not getting good sleep at all. What will be the problem and which specialty I have to consult? Also i have symptoms for worms where i am feeling irritated during night times. I took a tablet around 2 months back for this.

After reading your post,it seems that your symptoms of headache and back pain are due to continuous sitting in front of computer in wrong posture. Following precautions will be helpful :- 1.Avoid sitting in front of computer for long periods. 2.Always give rest to your eyes for at least 15 minutes after every 1.5-2 hours of work. 3.It is usually seen that while working on computer, a person blinks his eyes less . This result in strained eyes. You should avoid this. 4.Maintain proper posture while sitting. Donot bend while sitting. I would also advise that you should get your eyes checked for refraction by an Ophthalmologist. Change in power of eye lens can also result in headache. You should get physiotherapy done for your back pain. If the pain is severe, pain killer like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals will be helpful. You have mentioned that you feel the symptoms of worms . It will be helpful if you mention the details of your symptoms. Also mention the name of the tablet you have taken 2 months ago. Symptoms for worms are basically intense itching around the anus. I am not remembering the tablet name but I told the same symptoms and they gave tablet to take it in night time after food. It cost around 25 rupees. Also i have gas troubles problem and frequent stomach upsets now a days.
