What Causes Facial Swelling Along With Itchy Skin?
Question: Hi My brother gets facial swelling and scrotal swelling about 3 times a year often after a rash or itchy skin. About him - lives in LA He's 41, very fit, stressed frequently, high energy then when he gets sick he has little or no energy, runs himself down. He says he gets the swelling about 3 times a year but Drs couldn't say what it is?
