Brief Answer:
it's probably the same illness...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

sweating and feeling tired is nothing unusual during respiratory tract infections. Sweating usually occurs when the fever is going down but it may occur during the recovery phase and may be accompanied by low body temperatures (hypothermia). If you had a spinning sensation though then it could be the infection spreading to the inner ear.

Make sure you check your temperature. Your axillae should be dry when taking the measurement. Wet skin may cause falsely low measurements. If you have a spinning sensation (vertigo) then an ENT specialist should examine you. Please inform me about the course of this infection and your current condition. Have you checked your blood pressure? Do you drink enough fluids?
