Brief Answer:
Need to ask you some questions first.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.

I can understand your situation and problem.
I want ask few questions first.
1. Do you have any symptoms like fever, weakness, decreased appetite, weight loss etc?
2. Exactly what is written in your sonography report? I mean how many lymph nodes and what is the measurement of largest node. Please upload reports on right side of your dashboard.
3. Are nodes matted? XXXXXXX is TB (tuberculosis) prevalent country.
So multiple lymphnode enlargements must be ruled out for tuberculosis
And there is not much significance of Tuberculin skin test or TB gold test in XXXXXXX as most of us have taken BCG vaccine at birth.

So please reply me answer of these questions, so that I can guide you further.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Thanks for your reply.

1. Yes I have all of the mentioned symptoms and since 3 days I am feeling tiredness and very low fever .

2. Ultrasound was for whole abdomen to check if there are any nodes inside the abdomen.

3. Not sure but yes i have many lymph nodes : 3 in armpit 1 in neck and one in groin area this one i think growing in size.

Which lab test can be done to completely rule out the problem.

Brief Answer:
Get an FNAC of the Lymphnodes Done

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the follow up question on HCM.
I advise you to get an FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) done on the enlarged nodes.
I advise you to go for multiple biopsies From all the sites possible (neck ,armpit, groin).
I think you will mostly likely be confirmed to have tuberculosis.
And FNAC will mostly diagnose it.

If not then biopsy is still an option.

But FNAC is a less invasive method and easy to perform.
So get an done FNAC.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Thanks a lot for your quick response.

It will be very helpful if I can get pathology details from where I can get this test done.
Also, i think they will not perform test unless I have a prescriprion paper with the mentioned test.

What would be the charges for this test?
