Brief Answer:
You require evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Such high liver enzymes are raised only in 3 condition:
1. Acute Viral Hepatitis
2. Paracetamol intoxication
3. Shock.
It seems you have developed Acute Viral Hepatitis.
My dear Friend, this is serious and need to be taken very very seriously.
Get following investigations:
1. Viral Marker Panel including A,B,C and E.
2. PT/INR.
And actually you require admission at such disturbed LFT.
As far as your query is concerned you should take high carbohydrate diet more of sugar, water, rice water.
If you are properly passing stools you can take proteins in diet but at this moment avoid high protein diet.
Avoid fatty food and oil.
You can take packed juices, coconut water.
Also make sure you pass stools regularly daily. If you get constipated, report your doctor.
If you have any further query please ask me.
