Brief Answer:
Get evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
If your liver enzymes are raised which requires evaluation of the cause.
Most common causes of such liver derangement's are Alcohol, Viral hepatitis, Non alcoholic fatty liver disease, Drugs.
If you consume alcohol, that might be the reason behind the rise of liver enzymes.
So, we should evaluate the other causes, and if no other cause is found, you would require to discuss with your doctor about stopping this drug.
I would advise you to get following investigations done:
1. HBsAg for Hepatitis B.
2. Anti HCV Antibody for Hepatitis C.
3. Ultrasound Abdomen.
A lot many times, the liver dysfunction is due to Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD).
So, if you have any evidence of fatty liver in Ultrasound and your other tests are negative, this rise is liver enzyme would be attributed to NAFLD.
For this you need to reduce your weight, reduce fat in diet and if required your doctor may prescribe you Ursedeoxycolic Acid for the same. Make sure that you don't take any pain killers without your doctor's advise

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

I am going to follow your advise thank you but I would like to know if there is a way to cure it? I do consume alcohol often but the doctor advised me that it was not due to my alcohol consumption. I exercise often as I run everyday but is there a diet you can recommend for this condition?

Brief Answer:
Treatment would depend on the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, see treatment would depend on the cause of the rise in liver enzymes found.
In my opinion, alcohol is the main enemy for the liver.
I would advice you not to consume alcohol and get the investigations done.
