Brief Answer:
Both are elevated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Both AST and ALT are elevated. But not to the level of danger.
There can be some liver damage. Ultrasound examination of liver should be done to rule out that. If you consume alcohol then it can be due to that. In such case avoiding alcohol will help to restore the normal values.
Taking drugs or recent viral fever also can give such elevation in enzymes. High cholesterol also can cause this. So better to go for lipid profile test also.

You can take vitamin C, plant extract like silymarin to normalize enzyme levels. Also get proper sleep. Avoid tap water and drink filtered or bottled water. Include lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in diet. These all measure will be helpful.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

I'm concerned because I'm getting conflicting information. Dr. one sort of shrugged his shoulders and said I've seen worse. Dr. two (gastroenterologist) said it's repairable. Dr. three prescribed 500mg of disulfiram and led me to believe I'm going to die from cirrhosis.

Brief Answer:
If you continue to drink alcohol there is possibility of cirrhosis.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

If you continue to drink alcohol then there is possibility of cirrhosis. Liver has very high power of regeneration. So if you avoid alcohol and toxic drugs damaged part will regenerate fast and nothing to worry. Ultrasound examination will give the current exact status of your liver.

Let me know if anything not clear. I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
