HI

Thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic.

Elevated ALP means either there is some problem in Liver , Gall Bladder or Biliary ducts. To know where the problem is you need to get an Ultrasound Abdomen Pelvis done. Also it can be due to Alcohol intake. If at all you consume alcohol kindly let me know the quantity and how frequently you take alcohol.

Coming to your creatinine and Urea levels , I need to k know whether the value is in mg/dl or mol/dl. Kindly get back to me with details asked.

Brief Answer:
You are having Kidney failure.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for the follow up .

A creatinine of 6mg/dl is quite high. It indicates Kidney failure. You need to get thorough evaluation for the cause of kidney failure . I would recommend you to consult a Nephrologist and get evaluated.

As of your ALP is concerned you need to get certain more test to know the cause of raised ALP. These causes include primarily Infections either Viral or bacterial.

I advise you to get Hepatitis A, B C and E test done and revert back .

If not done previously get Fasting and Postprandial blood sugars tested and also get your Blood pressure checked.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.
