Brief Answer:
Hypermetabolism secondary to malignancy or hyperthyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Drenching sweats is due to hypermetabolism, if there are no environmental factors.
2. Hypermetabolism, at this age could be due to underlying malignancy. As already a pancreatic malignancy is seen, it could be the cause. However, at this age, if there was no mass in pancreas, I would have thought of lymphomas or leukemias. Do get your thyroid hormone profile checked once, to rule out hyperthyroidism.
3. Eliquis needs to be continued.
4. Need to remain active and maintain good hydration.

Hope it helps.
