Question: I have been feel dizzy on and off for 6months with pain at back of neck/head. They dizziness is not vertigo, more like a drunk feeling. Had a MRI that came up clean. Now I'm getting frequent pins and needles on right side of head near ear. Any idea what it could be?

Brief Answer:
Do neck exercises .

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I can understand your concern . There is no need to worry .
Based on the information that you have given to me , I would like to inform you that this seems to be related with some bony problem in your neck that is causing mild nerve compression and irritation .
Pain in your back of neck and feeling of dizziness all are feature of this. To confirm the diagnosis we need MRI of neck to be done. Head MRI will not be informative for neck problems .
In my opinion right now you consult to your physician and physiotherapists for expert opinion regarding neck exercises and posture care etc . during reading and doing other activities .
Hope this will help you . If you have any other concerns please feel free to message me . Thanks for contacting HCM .
