Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are likely to be having osteoarthritis specially of hip joints and to some extent of other joints. X ray of hip joints will be of help in the diagnosis. You are likely to be benefitted by glucosamine . Analgesics such as ibuprofen and paracetamol are helpful in reducing pain and inflammation. You are advised to go through Vitamine B12 and Vitamine D3 levels as these can be deficient. Vitamine and trace elements supplements will be beneficial. . You can discuss with your doctor about it.
