Brief Answer:
Please, report your weight and height to me!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty you have to put on weight. The first thing to do is to determine whether your weight is appropriate for your height or not and where you stand. This way, I can determine what the exact calories demand and food types are necessary to help you with this.

I hope to hear back from you on this and promise to respond as soon as I get your responses.

Hi.

My height is 6.2 and my weight is 78 or 79 . Before it was 89 two and half years back and then it became 85 and now almost 79. I didnt do any diet to decrease the weight and went down own its own. After my marriage it went down more.

Brief Answer:
This is a healthy BMI. I will not advice more unless you insist!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your BMI of 22.5 is ideal. This is what the world longs for. This prevents you from diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, stroke, heart attack, chronic back pains. etc. I will really not recommend that you put in extra efforts to gain weight which isn't going to make you any healthier.

I await your response but should you insist on putting on more weight, then I will be left with no other option but to reluctantly list out various possibilities of doing so.

I wish you well and hope to hear from you.

Brief Answer:
Eat healthy!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will fruits, vegetables, regular exercise and proteins. This will help you gain weight that would stay stable for a reasonable length of time. There is no need to take artificial fatteners as this will not last for long.

I wish you well.
